Hello friends, my name is Derek Dominguez. Born and raised in Plainview, Texas, I’m a proud West Texas native now serving clients in Lubbock and across the South Plains.

I graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a degree in Digital Marketing and played baseball for the Pioneers. Outside of real estate, I’m a family man, a man of faith, a podcast host, and a depressed Dallas Cowboys fan (it’s our year!).

As a REALTOR®, I see my role as more than helping you buy or sell a property. I’m here to be your advocate, counsel, and someone you can depend on throughout the process. My approach to real estate stands on 3 pillars: preparation, professionalism, building personal relationships. I believe in clear communication, genuine connection, and building confidence in my clients throughout every step of the process.
