Hello! I’m Emily Philips, a licensed REALTOR® and Transaction Coordinator with L3Brokers, proudly serving the Lubbock community.

Originally from Grapevine, TX, I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Texas Tech University while working professionally in real estate and as a teaching assistant. I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® for two years and come from a family of entrepreneurs—my mom, who was a REALTOR® specializing in new home sales, and my grandmother, who have both owned businesses for decades. Their examples inspired my strong work ethic and passion for service.

I’m actively involved in the Lubbock Association of REALTORS®, where I served as Chair of the New Member Liaison Task Force and as a member of the 2025 Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. I also continue my sorority involvement as the Chapter Relations and Standards advisor for Alpha Chi Omega, helping guide young women in leadership and community.

Above all, my faith is central to who I am, and I’m grateful to serve Him through my career and the skills I’ve been given. On a personal note, I’m married to my college sweetheart, Regan, and we welcomed our first baby girl in December 2025. We share our home our daughter, a sweet dog, and two cats who bring so much joy to our lives!
