Jeromy Rutledge 

Hey there!
My name is Jeromy Rutledge, and I’m a proud West Texas native. I grew up in Childress, graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education, and now serve as a third-generation rancher and entrepreneur in Spur, Texas.

When I’m not helping real estate clients, I co-own and operate three retail stores, manage over 200 head of cattle, and live life to its fullest. My most cherished moments are spent with family, friends, and cattle. An avid outdoorsman, I have hunting interests too extensive to list.

I know firsthand what it’s like to be on both the buying and selling sides of real estate, and I bring a broad, real-world background to every transaction. Relationship management is my passion, serving others is my calling, and rural West Texas is my specialty.
